Extra Virgin Olive oil made from olives ecologically grown in Catalonia, Spain. It is a blend of three types of olives native to the region: Morruda, Salivenca and Arbequina, which are harvested by hand. The oil is cold-extracted immediately after harvesting using traditional methods at a historic stone mill. It has an intense flavor reminiscent of herbs, grass, and flowers.
This batch was harvested and pressed in October 2025. It should be stored away from heat and sunlight and consumed before October 2027.
